We will be hosting our wedding reception at the Beach Club Hvar venue on the beautiful island of Hvar located just off the coast of Croatia.
Hvar is relatively easy to get to with over 130 ferry crossings per week from the city of Split. The ferry only takes roughly 1 hour and has some stunning views to take in on your journey.
Hvar is a stunning island which plays host to a vibrant tourism industry including beautiful scenery, vineyards, beaches, bustling nightlife, fantastic restaurants and cultural heritage.

Flights
Dublin to Split
The nearest airport to Hvar is located in the city of Split, which is only one hour from the island via ferry.
Flights from Dublin Airport to Split Airport are frequent, flying direct multiple times per week during the summer.
Direct flights from Dublin to Split take roughly 4 hours.
At current we have found two airlines for you to choose from... thankfully neither are Ryanair!

We definitely recommend staying in Hvar town on the night of the wedding to ensure you haven't to far to stumble home.
Beach Club Hvar have provided us with a discount code "WED23" for all our guests at their sister hotel venues.
Pharos Hvar Hotel is the most affordable option and seems to be where most guests are thinking of staying. Booking.com may have cheaper rates for the hotel so be sure to check it out as well.
There are loads of other hotels/apartments on Hvar that will suit any budget which can be found on booking.com or AirBnB.
If you fancy travelling around the Dalmatian coast there's loads of great towns/cities you can stay. We highly recommend spending some time in Split, it's a fantastic city and is well worth checking out.

Day Two
For day two we have organised a small party in the Restaurant Park based in the centre of Hvar.

The party will be based on the terrace of the restaurant and begins at 6pm... giving everyone some time to rest and recover from the previous day!
Food & 1 drink (Beer, Wine, Prosecco) per guest is included.
Day Two Food Menu:
- Cheese platter: Selection of cheese served with dried fruit, almonds and honey.
- Dalmation platter: Array of finest homemade cold cuts; enriched with olives and sundried cherry tomatoes.
- Fruit platter: Selection of fresh fruits served on ice.
- Warm chicken & vegetable skewers.
- Sweet white chocolate & cherry sauce shooters.
